This Privacy Policy explains how WordOutMedia LLP ("we," "us," "our," or "FilesRhino") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the FilesRhino platform ("Service").

FilesRhino is a file delivery and management platform that operates within the Whop marketplace ecosystem. This policy applies to:

Sellers who use FilesRhino to manage and distribute digital files
End Customers who access files through FilesRhino download links

Note: FilesRhino operates as an app within the Whop platform. This policy covers only data processed by FilesRhino. For information about data collected by Whop, please refer to Whop's Privacy Policy.

2. Who's Involved

FilesRhino (Us)

The platform operated by WordOutMedia LLP that provides file management and delivery tools.

Sellers

Businesses or individuals who use FilesRhino through Whop to manage and distribute files to their customers.

End Customers (You)

People who access files through download links created by Sellers.

3. Our Role in Data Processing

As a Data Processor

When Sellers use FilesRhino to collect emails from End Customers, we process this data on behalf of the Seller. The Seller determines why and how the data is collected.

As a Data Controller

For platform operations, analytics, and security purposes, we determine how data is used.

For End Customers: If you have questions about why a Seller collected your email or how they use it, please contact the Seller directly. For questions about FilesRhino's platform operations, contact us.

6. Data Retention

End Customer Data: Retained according to the Seller's configured retention period (30 days to 2 years, default 1 year).

After Deletion Request:

Personal identifiers (email, name) are permanently deleted within 30 days
Anonymous records (tracking codes, timestamps) may be retained for security but cannot be linked to you

Access Your Data

Request a copy of all data we hold about you.

Delete Your Data

Request permanent deletion via our deletion request page.

Withdraw Consent

Withdraw consent by requesting deletion of your data.

Data Portability

Export your data in machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).

Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption

FilesRhino is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Cookies

FilesRhino uses minimal cookies necessary for platform functionality:

Session Cookies: Maintaining your session while using the platform
Authentication: Handled by Whop's authentication system

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or social media tracking pixels.

12. Seller Responsibilities

If you are a Seller using FilesRhino, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for how you use customer data collected through FilesRhino
You must have a valid legal basis for collecting customer emails
You should provide your own privacy policy explaining your data practices
You must respond to customer inquiries about their data
You are responsible for configuring appropriate data retention periods

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we may notify Sellers through the platform. Continued use of FilesRhino after changes constitutes acceptance.
